Our Interac e-Transfer services are changing for the better!
On Thursday, September 13th, we implemented “INTERAC e-Transfer Payer/Payee Name”. This means that the payer/payee name will now be included in the transaction description for an Interac e-Transfer processed in MemberDirect. Therefore, members can now view who sent or received the transaction. The payer/payee name will display in MemberDirect Account activity and on members’ statements.
