Account statements are available to members to view each of their account transaction history. Paper and electronic statements are available for personal and business accounts.
Paper statements are still available to members. There is a $2.00 statement printing fee per statement. Statements are printed at Credit Union Central of Manitoba and are mailed to the members address provided on their member account profile.
To enhance our service to those members who have no accounts activity or credit interest transactions only, we will be discontinuing printing these statements to save the member the statement printing fee. These statements will be available through e-statements.
E-Statements are an electronic version of a paper statement that will give you a quick way to view the transaction history of your accounts online. If you have online banking your e-statements are automatically available to view by logging into your member direct online banking and selecting the View e-statements tab. Previous years statements are also available through e-statements.
If you would no longer like to receive a paper statement, would like to switch to e-statements, or any have questions regarding your statements please call us toll free at 1-877-226-7957 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are any errors on your statement, please contact us within 30 days.
